Founded in October 2019 with a single supported accommodation service in Leeds, Apex Pathway has grown through an unwavering commitment to high-quality, person-centred care and support.

Today, we operate 12 services across West Yorkshire, providing:

  • Supported Accommodation in accordance with the Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023.
  • Community-based support for individuals with learning disabilities, delivered in accordance with CQC regulations.

Apex Pathway was born out of a genuine passion for care. Our founders, drawing from extensive experience in health and social care, saw the urgent need for compassionate, person-centred services. Too often, care felt impersonal or procedural, leaving vulnerable individuals without the support they truly needed.

  • Dr. Felix O. Director: A seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in social care and advanced academic qualifications, Felix ensures that Apex Pathway remains a leader in compassionate care.
  • ·Halima B. – Director: With a BA in Youth and Community Development and expertise in inclusive care, Halima champions high-quality services for diverse communities.
  • Charlene H. – Director, Responsible Individual and Registered Service Manager (Ofsted): A qualified social worker with extensive experience, Charlene leads with a focus on safety and value-driven support.
  • Delucia C. – HR Manager: With a decade of HR experience, Delucia supports our teams and promotes professional growth.
  • Adebayo A. – Workforce Administrator: Overseeing workforce planning and compliance.
  • Sheridan M. – Registered Service Manager (CQC): Sheridan has a wealth of experience and she is dedicated to maintaining excellence in our learning disability services.
